James McCall

Counseling should be progressive, challenging, and fun. As a therapist, James likes to work with clients from ages six and above; he specializes in working with couples, families, and ministry professionals. James is also available to work with clients dealing with addictions and anger management concerns.

James is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with over twenty years of ministry experience who has earned Master's degrees in Ministry Leadership from Columbia International University and Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from Messiah University. James grew up in Florida and has worked and also lived in California, Michigan, and South Carolina. Through his studies, he has certifications in PrepareEnrich, SDi (Strengths Deployment Inventory), CISD (Critical Incident Stress Debriefing), TJTA, and Dare to Be Different (Marriage Mentoring Trainer). As a counselor, James uses an eclectic approach to counseling with a foundation in Family Sytems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy.
