Have you ever felt like your favorite radio station was not working, only to realize that the dial had moved and you were not tuned in? A minor adjustment and there it was - loud and clear! My dog Scout always seems to be tuned in to every word I say and misses nothing! Sometimes, however, I miss essential messages someone might have tried to tell me because my dial had moved, something was on my mind, or I was distracted. It doesn’t change the reality of what was communicated, but it does impact the truth of what I heard and how I did or did not respond. This is important in all our relationships, including our Heavenly Father. Remember that sometimes He speaks loud and clear, but we must adjust the dial and tune in to His message of truth. You will be glad you did!
